We are coming from Heraklion Crete and we are passionately roasting coffee since 2012. With every roasting batch we are trying to enhance the unique flavors that every single bean can bring out. We are choosing our coffees based on their green grading and on their flavor profile. All our roasting batches are data logged and we can observe and manage every single roast. After every roasting we cup our coffees and we log them at our platform so that to know how to adjust our brews and how to guide you to come out to the best possible flavor. We offer single origin coffees and we create some post roast blends that can deliver a better taste experience. Join us and taste our passion!
